Delivery:
I will aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. For custom made orders please allow up to 5 to 7 working days. Delivery will be made via Royal Mail Tracked Service.
UK Delivery:
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £25.00
Standard Delivery (3 to 5 days): £3.50
Fastest Delivery (1 to 2 days): £4.50
Returns
Returns:
All orders are packed with love and care so they arrive in perfect condition. In the case of your order arriving damaged, please email makinandmooreltd@outlook.com along with an image of the damaged item and I will do my best to assist you.
When returning an item please make sure your item is in the original packaging and your original invoice is included.
Items must be sent back via a tracked service. I cannot be held responsible for items going missing in the return post.
Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund.
